Pacific Grove is truly unique among the 100 plus associations that make up Aliso Viejo. We are one of only two residential neighborhoods in Aliso Viejo that does not have sub association monthly dues. This is because the residents manage the landscaping, and maintain contact with AVCA through its elected delegate.

Throughout the year, Pacific Grove hosts a number of wonderful seasonal events, such as our Spring Easter Egg Hunt, Hawaiian Luau, Halloween Parade, and Holiday Christmas lighting that are the envy of all of Aliso Viejo. Our sense of community, and pride in our neighborhood make Pacific Grove one of the most attractive places to live in South Orange County's prized city. Pacific Grove is walking distance to Oak Park, an open and expansive community park, and the Don Juan Avila and Canyon Vista Schools.
